If you have purchased a product from us via any of our social media pages (IG, FB), our retailers or directly through our website, please note the following below: 

1. Returns or Exchanges will not be entertained due to hygiene purposes. 

2. If you wish to make a change to an order after placing it through our website, please reach out to us as soon as possible (before we dispatch) in order for us to make the change. 

3. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or exchanged. 

4. Once received, returns/exchange/refunds will not be entertained. 

5. If there is any issue with your order, please get in touch with us immediately with pictures and batch number of the product. If a complaint is made 3 days after the product is received, we will not be held responsible. 

6. All other terms and conditions are at our discretion.
